NOTES
*
The Right Main Panel features an ELT which can be tested with realistic
sound.
*
The avionics stack features a second KX155 NAV/COM 1 radio for those
who wish to use this in place of the GNS530. Otherwise, as on the
real Baron 58, NAV/COM 1 is the GNS530, and NAV/COM 2 is a KX155
unit. On the Lite Version, owing to the fact that the default GPS500
does not have an integral NAV/COM unit, a second KX155 appears on
the right side of the panel.
*
The Reality XP DropStack gauge (not available on the Lite Version)
contains icons for the panel windows, and it is also contained in
its own panel window, which can be removed from view when desired.
The DropStack gauge expands by placing your mouse over it. Then,
make your selection, and after removing your cursor the DropStack
gauge will collapse. It can also be locked open, with a right mouse
click at the top of the gauge.
*
Night lighting for the 2D instrument panels is being kept simple
for performance sake. There is one style of lighting, which includes
a soft glow on the panel's surface and backlighted instruments.
The back lighting on certain avionics can also be operated separately.
The virtual cockpit contains more
advanced lighting effects and options.
*
The 2D panel composite screen shots are not available in the product
as 2D panel views. These were created only to show the entire panel
in one photo.
*
For preserving computer performance, the pillow and headphones shown
in this view to do not appear in the Virtual Cockpit / Cabin.
*
The Forward Left and Forward Right 2D interior views on the Lite
Version contain the appropriate gauges for this version.
