In the 2D cockpit and interior you'll see almost exactly what a real Cessna 152 pilot would see, as the entire 2D interior is comprised of high quality digital photographs. In reality, Cessna 152s vary greatly as to installed gauges and avionics. Some are "bare bones" training aircraft, with just a single Nav / Com and a transponder, while there are a few (very few) equipped as though they were a jet airliner! Ultimately, the one piece of equipment that is a rare find in any Cessna 152 is an autopilot, and as such the Flight 1 Cessna 152 does not come equipped with an autopilot, just like the real one. You 'll be flying this Cessna 152 just like real pilots fly the Cessna 152, by hand! The Flight 1 Cessna 152 is equipped as is the real Cessna 152 owned by "Knoxville Flyers", a flying club based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and the 2D panel and interior reflects this particular aircraft, which is often used for instrument training. You might recall that it was a Cessna Cardinal, also owned by Knoxville Flyers, that was the basis for the DreamFleet Cessna Cardinal. Indeed, this flying club has proved an excellent resource for some very fine aircraft, and we thank them for their cooperation in allowing us to bring their aircraft to virtual life within your computer.
